  • What can I tow a Capsule Mini with?

    All you need is a tow vehicle with a kerbweight (empty weight) or towing limit of 750kgs or greater. You can tow a Capsule Mini on a standard British driving licence, with no extra requirement to pass a B+E test. You need a standard 50mm towball and a 13-pin towing socket.

  • Will a Capsule Mini work off-grid?

    You need to purchase the ‘off-grid pack’ to enable your Capsule Mini to work independently of mains electric hook up. This will provide you with a leisure battery and roof-mounted solar panel.

  • Where can I view and buy a Capsule Mini from?

    The Capsule Mini is exclusively sold in the UK via Leeds Caravan Centre. They can be viewed at the Leeds Caravan Centre premises, Monday - Saturday, 9:30am - 5pm.

  • How long do I have to wait for a Capsule Mini?

    If you buy a model that’s in stock at Leeds Caravan Centre, you can usually take delivery of it within 3-4 weeks. If you order one from the factory, the wait time is normallyl around 8-12 weeks.

  • How do I secure a Capsule Mini?

    We ask for a £2000 deposit on all orders. The balance is due on collection.

  • How does servicing a Capsule Mini work?

    We would love to service your Capsule Mini every year, and offer a competitive servicing package. But we appreciate that some owners will live too far away to have their Capsule Mini serviced by Leeds Caravan Centre. Any caravan service engineer should be able to service the Capsule Mini as it uses common European parts throughout.

  • Where can I store a Capsule Mini?

    The beauty of the compact design is that they can be stored almost anywhere. They fit easily into a standard car-sized parking space, so can be kept at home without taking over your driveway.

  • What kind of warranty is offered on a Capsule Mini?

    The Al-ko chassis and internal applainces are covered for up to three years, not including wear and tear. As for the bodyshell integrity, there’s nothing to go wrong! We will cover any water ingress issues for the lifetime of the caravan with its first owner.

  • What happens on collection day?

    All Capsule Minis are handed over with a full pre-delivery inspection, service and a full interior and exterior valet. On hand over day, we offer a non-time restricted hand over appointment, where we’re happy to run through every aspect of the Capsule Mini until you are happy that you know what you’re doing with it.

  • What other accessories do I need to make the Capsule Mini work?

    We offer a full starter pack as a cost option, but you may already have some of these items if you are stepping up from camping. You need a number plate that matches the rear number plate of your tow vehicle and towing mirrors to collect your Capsule. Other than that, you need kitchenware and bedding, then you’re all set!

  • Can a Capsule Mini be delivered?

    Yes, the Capsule Mini has an impessive 50mm of insulation and double glazed windows, so can be enjoyed all year-round.
